• Camera & Image Gallery: We request access to your camera and photos so you can upload images (such as teeth photos or X-rays) for our AI assessment feature.
• Contact Information: If you utilize our "Submit Review" or "Enquiry" forms, we collect the Name, Phone Number, Email, and Message you voluntarily provide.
• Anonymous Identifiers: We generate a silent, randomized User ID on your device to facilitate customer service replies (Inbox feature). This ID is not linked to your real identity.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to provide and improve the App's functionality:

• App Functionality: To analyze dental images via our AI models and return a preliminary assessment.
• Developer Communications: To respond to your direct inquiries or review submissions via our in-app Inbox or WhatsApp.
• Crowdsourcing: Price submissions and reviews are anonymized and aggregated to display transparent market averages to the community.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your uploaded images and inquiry texts are sent securely to our private, encrypted backend server solely for processing. We do not share your data with third-party marketers, advertisers, or data brokers.

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected using industry-standard HTTPS encryption (SSL/TLS). Our backend infrastructure employs strict security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

If you have submitted an inquiry or clinic review and wish for that data to be permanently erased from our server logs, you may request data deletion at any time.

How to request deletion: Contact us via our in-app Enquiry form or our official WhatsApp number with your request, and your data will be purged from our systems within 72 hours.
